Carrot Beetroot Salad


Fresh grated Carrot, Beetroot, Capsicum, Green Chili, Olive Oil, Salt and Vinegar. Good for a starter or side dish for Chapathi etc.

Yes. It is colorful and easy to make. But I am not sure of the health factor these days. Since almost all Vegetables in our market is laced with chemicals and will do harm to your health in the long term. Otherwise Carrot and Beetroot are loaded with the goodness of Beta Carotine, Iron, and other nutrients. Capsicum is an antioxidant, Chili having Vit C and Olive Oil is good for your heart.
