The grapes this season was late and small in qauntity. Blame it on the climate change. I pruned the plant as usual after the rains in August 2016 and waited for the flowers. But hardly 1 or 2 appeared and that too with less grapes. It died prematurely and some of the flowers even got perished in the sunlight. I pruned the plant again 2 times to finally get some 10-15 bunch of flowers. The final harvest is all that is seen in the plate. I however ate some before tasting it in the final days...!! Gave to some well wishers also to taste.
This blog is a platform to publish my experiments with cooking. It also incorporates my organic farming ventures at home. It is high time we discard the toxic and adulterated food and go back to mother nature and find more edible plants and fruits which are not preferred by the present generation. We are also bringing out a self invented recipe of healthy and delicious fresh cut Veg. Salads and Soups which can be tried by anyone for a change.
