Egg Plant Turkish and Indian Style Fusion Dish


Egg Plant or Brinjal is a versatile veggie loved by foodies. Here I used a fusion method combining the Turkish and Indian Style. Sauteed the sliced Brinjal in Sunflower Oil. Chopped fresh Tomato, Green Chilli and a slice of lemon. A Tomato Garlic sauce plus a bit of salt will complete the recipe.

This is a health food. It won't be as tasty as Hotel food. It is up to you to judge it. But I can assure you the sum total of the sweet, spicy and hot flavours are pretty good.
