This blog is a platform to publish my experiments with cooking. It also incorporates my organic farming ventures at home. It is high time we discard the toxic and adulterated food and go back to mother nature and find more edible plants and fruits which are not preferred by the present generation. We are also bringing out a self invented recipe of healthy and delicious fresh cut Veg. Salads and Soups which can be tried by anyone for a change.

Lemon from the Garden at Ollur
Yes indeed. I am waiting eagerly to pluck this lemon to garnish my salads. I will have to prune and get some fast action manures to get more yield.
“Great post! I’ve heard a lot about Weed prevention mats but I didn’t realize how effective they could be in keeping gardens tidy. I love the idea of reducing the need for constant weeding. Are these mats also good for vegetable gardens, or do they affect plant growth in any way? Looking forward to trying one out this season. Thanks for the helpful info!”
Love this idea! Garden bags for plants are such a smart solution for planting, especially when you’re short on space or have an urban garden. They seem like a great way to grow plants with better drainage and airflow. Do you have any tips on how to maintain them or extend their lifespan? I’m thinking of using them for some of my veggies this season. Thanks for sharing these great suggestions!"
