Tasty Pazham Pori or Banana Fry

Pazham Pori is a usual Kerala Snack item. But if you are creative, you can make Pazham Pori at home with less Oil and more tastier than the usual stuff.
Add a little Custard powder and Cardamom powder and 2-3 drops of Vanilla essence to the Maida mixture. This blend will give an appetising smell and flavour to that tired old taste of Banana Fry.
Try it today and the kids will love it. You too...!!
Use Nirlep big Tawa to fry. Brush a very little oil on the Tawa and fry the Bananas until golden brown by turning both sides.
