Wholesome Veggie diet for School kids

It is a Herculean task to get kids have their quota of vegetables. They simply will not eat most of the veggies.
Here is a way to make them eat vegetables.
Slice/grate Carrots, cabbages, cauliflower, capsicum, raddish, potato, garlic etc. Stir fry these veggies in little oil until they are semi cooked.
Prepare noodles and add these items and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, celery, coriander leaves and ginger.
The kids will eat it for the sake of their favourite Noodles. You can omit the veggies not readily available.
Try also the same ingredients with a sachet of  Soup from Maggi or Knorr. Your children will get all the goodness of the vegetables without much forcible feeding.
