Fresh Chembu – Colocasia / Taro / Arbi with Pork

I pulled out fresh Chembu from my backyard last weekend. I got the plant seeds from the BIOFACH Expo in Karukutty, Kerala and is of a superior grade. I had it with Pork, Kerala style. Small pieces of Chembu and slices of  Pork just like Kolli/Kappa Pork or Kaya Pork curry. Very yummy and we all loved it. The Chembu tasted like Potato and was soft and tender. Delicious and remember, it has good nutrition value like Yam and other tubers.
