Soya chunks in Chinese Chilli sauce

Soya chunks can be much more tastier with this preparation.  First Soya chunks are immersed in water for 1 hr. Then squeezed and dried. It is then marinated with Red Chilli powder,  salt, and corn flour. After half an hour,  it is fried in oil. A sachetsachet of Knorr Chinese Chilli sauce powder is boiled in 2 cups of water. Chopped Capsicum,  Green Chilli,  Garlic  are sautéed and added to the pot. Just after boiling,  the fried Soya chunks are also added. Slow Simmer for 5 min. Yummy dish with Chinese flavours is ready
