GIFT Thilapia farming at Hotel Merlin International Thrissur

Inspired by my Paduthakulam at Ollur, the GM of Hotel Merlin International decided to grow GIFT Thilapia in a pool in their Hotel at Thrissur, Kerala. As the name suggests, there is a statue of Merlion with a large pool surrounding it. The GM and AGM decided to grow fish organically and then serve it their customers fresh from the pool. Brilliant idea.
